- a) We host a fabulous New Hire Onboarding session with your chosen candidate.
- b) Your assigned Customer Success Manager (CSM) then joins the onboarding call to ensure a smooth transition.
- c) Your CSM captures vital details (communication channels, working hours, etc.) to facilitate effective collaboration.
Check-in Calls
Our Commitment to Continuous Service and Support
Your assigned CSM will reach out within the first week. They'll be checking in on your virtual staff performance and will map out coaching interventions as needed. Your CSM is your go-to contact with SAS.
